ABOUT THIS SITE
|
Welcome to the
PIDS Project Monitoring and Information System. This facility is
designed to provide online information on PIDS pipeline, on-going and
completed research projects to the Institute's senior management and
project managers. Detailed information on projects includes:
description, proponents and key personnel, duration, timetable and
expected outputs, implmentation status, budgets and area of research.
Additionally, the system presents information on project implementation
status, comparing actual outputs against deliverables. Easy access is
also provided to digitized project documents such as research
proposals, contracts, curriculum vitae of proponents and progress and
final reports.
Regular reports automatically prepared by the system are: status of
PIDS pipeline, on-going and completed projects; report on delayed
projects, list of projects with expired/expiring contracts; and status
report on projects indicated in the performance contracts for in-house
staff.
Special reports can also be generated using the interactive module of
this facility. This allows the sorting of projects by several variables
such as proponents, funding source, research area, year
started/completed, project status, budget, etc.
